8. Newark Public Library, Newark New York : DeWolff Partnership Architects completed a feasibility study for the Newark Library in 1988.
9. Wolcott Civic Free Library, Wolcott, New York: DeWolff Partnership Architects completed the design of this new, free-standing public library for this Upstate New York community in 1989.  Totaling approximately 5,200 sq. ft. in size, the Wolcott library includes appointments for shelving, circulation desk, and reading/study areas.
