A 50,000 sq. ft. law library with a two-story atrium and prominent public entrance are included in this NYS Supreme Court building, which totals over 140,000 sq. ft. in size.

Completed in 1998, the library is the largest legal library in the state of New York.  The library includes workrooms for staff, offices, research rooms, a computer training room, study carrels, both compact (moveable) and fixed-stack shelving, circulation and reference desks, computerized card catalog system, 3M security system, closed-circuit television monitoring, and card access.
