In association with Gensler / New York, DeWolff Partnership Architects completed their work for the J.P. Morgan Chase – Rochester Consolidation. (2006)
The consolidation of the 268,885 Sq. Ft. building at One Chase Square in downtown Rochester represents a major initiative for J.P. Morgan Chase and a commitment to the region. The scope will encompass all elements of design services and can be broken down into several major elements.
As with any modern corporation, technology is a key driver and a new Main Equipment Room (MER) will be constructed on the Plaza Level floor. This room will support all of the new technology platforms. Critical infrastructure support will also be extended to new and existing Technology Rooms (TR) on each floor. New York State code compliance upgrades as well as field verifications, Existing Conditions documents and other technical upgrades.
An accelerated schedule has been established to complete renovations and upgrades to all 14 floors in which all systems to be upgraded and floors 17 – 21 to be a total renovation to support new division services.
