Some of the engineering upgrades and life safety systems that DeWolff coordinated include:  replacing electrical services, lighting, and power distribution systems, installing motion sensors, replacing HVAC systems, adding sprinkler systems, modernizing fire alarm systems, adding fire/smoke barriers, and upgrading the emergency lighting system.
