The DeWolff Partnership worked closely with the town of Perinton to create an exciting new community center for this expanding town. The 2-level masonry structure with standing-seam metal roof features a sloped glass roof central atrium entrance allowing easy access to all areas of the building.
A quarry tile floor leads into the Senior Center lounge and activity area. Multipurpose rooms for up to 280 people provide for community, educational and craft programs. Pre-Schoolers benefit from rooms built to scale with Pre-School Responsive Design. At the heart of the center are Administrative and Department Offices.
The gymnasium includes a full size basketball court, fitness area and aerobic/dance room along with modern locker room facilities.
